Special orders, or items not stocked, will have a 20% restocking
Credit will be given in the method in which it was originally
We stand behind any item that was professionally fit by our
staff. If something is not right, WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT.
When a garment’s size has been provided to us and the order is
filled as requested, due to the custom nature of our business,
not all items are available for return or exchange. This
includes, but is not limited to:
Pants hemmed shorter than 29” inseam (or 40” outseam)
needing emblem removal that leave stitch-marks.
shirts that have been altered.
coats with sleeve braid.
We are happy to honor all manufacturers’ warranties.
If you place an
online order for a “special order” item, you will receive an
email informing you of this, which category your item will fall
into (returnable or non-returnable), and approximate delivery
time. It will then inquire how you would like to continue with
your original order. We will not begin processing a special
order item without your acknowledgment and consent!
