you can wear your body armor "outside" your uniform, without
looking like you're wearing a ballistic vest. With its false
front placket, chest and fob pockets, epaulets, and badge and
nameplate tabs, Mocean's External Vest Carrier is designed to
look like part of the uniform shirt that it’s worn over.
Available in sizes XS-3XL in White, Navy, Black, Light Blue, or
Silver Tan.

Mocean's dress vest carrier will accommodate nearly every
ballistic vest on the market. It's unique design is highly
functional yet easy to use. Constructed with durable Cordura for
heavy duty use.
Includes two
functional chest pockets with flaps, mic loops on both
shoulders, badge holder and nameplate holder. Velcro closure on
the sides offer allows you to customize the fit. Your entire
ballistic vest fits inside the carrier. Your existing shoulder
straps will still continue to hold the ballistics in the same
place as when wearing it under your shirt.

How to Measure for Sizing
Remove your vest and lay it on a flat surface. Do not remove the
ballistic panels because you need the measure the total external
width of your vest. You only need to measure the front
carrier.
Measure the height from the lowest center point of the v-neck to
the very bottom. Remember, your entire vest and existing carrier
will fit inside the Mocean Dress Vest Carrier. The measurements
above need to accommodate the width and height of your FRONT
PANEL ONLY.
Measurements for the rear panel of
your vest is not required.
